BFOP is MASSIVE and we like to bring you the best of the best, so our full line-up of instructors and workshops are being added to right up until September.
BFOP Schedule published
The schedule is locked in with individual workshop times as well as how many credits the workshops are worth. You have $350 of credit to spend of workshops when they go live on September 27th. In the mean time check out the 2024 schedule to start planning your weekend!

BFOP Workshop Bookings go live
In this period you can book UP TO $350 of workshops using your BFOP 2024 credit (not a cent over though). If you have a little leftover credit you'll be able to use it the week after.
Cash Workshop Bookings go live
Used most of or all of your credit but want to jump onto more incredible workshops??? All good, we will then open up cash payments for additional workshops using your credit card. If you have a little residual credit you can blend this with cash payment for workshops too! BOOM! Fill that schedule. You will need to be a ticket holder to purchase workshops.
BFOP Kicks off!
Registrations start in the morning at BFOP HQ (Bright Community Centre) and the festival kicks off at 1pm! Boom! Have a weekend that will define your 2024!

Your $350 credit stretches differently depending on the types of workshops you book. Workshops vary in price and will be lower cost this year to reflect the lower credit. Most people manage to get around 3-5 workshops. And of course you get unlimited admission to all the free sh@t we put on including the two main stages.
We all want more credit am I right? If you run out of credit there is an opportunity to book more workshops once everyone has had a chance to use their credit. This makes it a fair system and one we can manage.
Well to start with you get to hang out with like 500 amazing people in the photography community. But if that’s not enough to float your boat then of course you have your $350 credit to book onto workshops as well as access to the main stage with sunrise-to-sunset presentations. We also have a retail space with heaps of specials as well as a bar!
Nope, not unless we reschedule or need to change format to an online event. It’s not that we’re being difficult about it, it’s just that we have a very small team, limited tickets and a ton of moving parts so this can zap tons of time. Your ticket is transferable though so you can re-sell it if you like… think of it like a concert or cinema ticket.
